Air Canada has advised all Mainline employees that their Manulife benefits will have an open enrollment period from February 18th to March 7, 2025.
This open enrollment will allow our members the opportunity to review their current coverage and, in some cases, to add coverage for themselves and their spouse. The Global Benefits Department at Air Canada is available in person at various locations across the system. A full calendar with dates and locations can be found HERE.
If you do not participate in the open enrollment period, you will maintain the same coverage that you currently have. We will be reviewing this process. You can find more information on the Air Canada News Page Events link in Aeronet. You will see the open enrollment event link and a Q and A document which should give you some insights into the program.

The audit of our 2023-2024 fiscal year was conducted by our external accounting firm. We are currently up to date with all external audits. Trustee audits will recommence once bargaining has concluded.
