As we all slowly come to terms with the devastating tragedy of AC8646 on March 22nd, we would like to gently remind you that our EAP peer to peer committee is here to support you. We recognize that for many of you the last few days have meant waking up to constant media coverage and distressing images of the tragedy on your phone and television. If you feel like recent events have taken a toll on your mental health, that you are struggling to come to terms with this tragic event, or that you may need to offload how you are feeling moving forward in your day to day. You do not have to go through this alone. We are here to help you walk through this. We are here to support you without judgement, just care.
