As many of you are aware, the opening to pick up your new iPhone started this week.
After much consultation with the Company, the following has now been confirmed:
- Members are able to pick up their new phone at the crew centre prior to their scheduled flight or airport standby.
- You are not required to book an appointment.
- If you have an appointment, you can still come in prior to your flight or airport standby.
You are not required to come in on a day off to pick up the unit.
Once you have the unit, you will need to complete an eLearning module. This online training is with compensation, and can be done from home, the Comm Centre, between flights, or on a layover.
This iPhone should assist in your day to day work, and be a resource that benefits us from schedules to briefings to layover information.
