DAYS SINCE WE BEGAN THE BARGAINING PROCESS. WE ARE UNITED AND WE WILL MAKE CHANGE.

Bargaining Committee Update – 18

The Union was advised last week that we have been assigned a Conciliator for mediation. We will inform you once meeting dates have been confirmed.

The conciliation process has a 60-day window, which may be extended by the mutual agreement of the parties. That window began on May 26, 2025.

We have been made aware that the meetings will take place in Toronto, Ontario.

In preparation for these meetings, the Conciliator has received a copy of our proposals and has had preliminary discussions with our CUPE National Staff Rep regarding dates.

Once we have more information, this will be shared.

In Solidarity,

Your Bargaining Committee
