DAYS SINCE WE BEGAN THE BARGAINING PROCESS. WE ARE UNITED AND WE WILL MAKE CHANGE.

Bargaining Committee Update – 54

Parliament Hill Rally
Our rally on Parliament Hill was a great success. Many of you showed up as well as members from other bargaining units and airlines across North America.

Our fight is their fight. It becomes crystal clear that when workers join forces the possibilities are infinite. Together we will work towards a collective future where ALL work is paid, and dignity and respect are claimed, not bestowed.

Interest Arbitration
Air Canada has agreed to forego mediation for our upcoming Interest Arbitration. We felt that given how far apart we were on wages that mediation would have been unproductive.

We will now move to the selection of an arbitrator for this very important proceeding. We want to assure you that we will use all resources available to us. Our legal counsel and advisors are experienced and will serve us all very well. As soon as we have an update it will be provided.

Govern yourselves accordingly, in solidarity,

Your Bargaining Committee
