As many members are likely aware, the Company and the Union have been working on finding an appropriate Arbitrator to hear the arguments relating to wages coming out of negotiations.
Arbitrator Paula Knopf has been appointed as the Interest Arbitrator for the wage dispute. You can view her bio HERE https://www.paulaknopf.ca/.
We will be seeking to have our members attend this hearing.
The next step will be for legal counsel to have a case management conference. As part of our goals for case management, we will be seeking to expedite the entire process.
