DAYS SINCE WE BEGAN THE BARGAINING PROCESS. WE ARE UNITED AND WE WILL MAKE CHANGE.

Bargaining Committee Update – 67 – Interest Arbitration Hearing January 19, 2026

Further to our bulletin of January 12, 2026, which can be viewed HERE, we want to advise all those who registered that your names have been recorded and vetted. The hearing commences at 09:30 EST. You should receive an email asking you to register for the link to the hearing. Once you complete the info, you will be given the link to use for Monday. Please ensure you spell your name completely and enter the email address that you originally sent to us with your initial signup as that will ensure that your credentials are accepted and that you can enter.

You will be able to view the panel attending the hearing and will be able to observe the proceedings. The one exception to this is if there is private financial information, which the public is not privy to, being shared. When this information is being shared, the Zoom link will be on pause briefly while that process is taking place and the hearing will then resume via Zoom. We want to reiterate the fact that no recording of this hearing is permitted. The hearing itself is no different than a courtroom proceeding and just as in a courtroom there would be no recording permitted by any attendees.

If you have any issues with logging in the morning of the hearing, or you are not able to register with the email being sent out shortly, please write to contact@accomponent.ca and our team will work out any last-minute issues. We look forward to seeing you there. Our legal counsel has prepared fully for this, and we will all be together to show our strength and support for the process. This will be yet another example of why unity and perseverance are hallmarks for our success.

In Solidarity,

Your Bargaining Committee
