Cost:
- The registration fee for members from Air Canada Component of CUPE is covered by the Union under the Component Education budget. Ensure to select “CUPE AC (incl Rouge)”.
- Flight releases for the one-day event will not be covered, please bid accordingly.
For members from out-of-town:
- Members attending from out of town can request hotel accommodation to be covered. To do this, please advise where you are coming in from and send your request to c.smith@accomponent.ca . You will receive an email back confirming approval.
- Members attending will be eligible to claim per diems as per the collective agreement. You will need to keep flight boarding passes (or screenshots of the digital pass) for processing applicable expenses. This will be done through an expense form to be received /completed on the day of the event.
- Pass travel charges will be claimable for reimbursement.
