DAYS SINCE WE BEGAN THE BARGAINING PROCESS. WE ARE UNITED AND WE WILL MAKE CHANGE.

EAP Update – June 2026

Longer days and brighter skies of June are finally here and we’re embracing a month that reminds us what makes our community so strong: connection, courage, and caring for one another.

This month we proudly celebrate , shining a spotlight on the vibrant diversity that enriches every crew, every flight, and every corner of our airline. We also honour National Indigenous Peoples Day on June 21, taking time to recognize and appreciate the rich cultures and contributions of Indigenous peoples across Canada.

We’re marking Men’s Health Week with open conversations about wellness, strength, and the importance of checking in with ourselves and our colleagues on the line. And on June 27, we observe PTSD Awareness Day, a powerful opportunity to highlight the resilience you show every single day and the support systems we have in place when the job gets heavy.

You navigate tight connections, challenging passengers, and ever-changing schedules with professionalism and heart. June is the perfect time to celebrate that spirit while reminding each other that it’s okay to lean on your EAP committee. Whether it’s sharing a laugh in the galley, reaching out to a colleague, or taking a moment for your own well-being, we’ve got each other’s backs at 35,000 feet and on the ground.

Here’s to a month of pride, awareness, connection, and unstoppable energy.

Let’s make it a great one!
