days until our Collective Agreement expires, we are preparing, we are united and we will make change.

Implementation Of Our Tentative Agreement

Dear members,

We have received numerous emailed questions asking when the many new gains, items and changes in the Tentative Agreement will be implemented as part of our new Collective Agreement.

Later today we have a planned conference call with several Company representatives along with Air Canada’s Director of Labour Relations to discuss the scheduled implementation of these many items, along with a number of other important topics.

In the days ahead we will be issuing an updated bulletin to detail the implementation of our Tentative Agreement. Furthermore, we will soon be scheduling a membership-wide post-ratification Webinar to explain these many changes, clarify a number of issues regarding the voting process and results, and give you all an opportunity to ask questions.

In solidarity,

Michel Cournoyer
President, Air Canada Component of CUPE
