Dear members,
Implementation of our new Collective Agreement is progressing at a steady pace, but we realize that given the many complex changes involved, there are numerous questions that remain. Edith and I are receiving dozens of emails from members on a daily basis seeking clarification on various items currently being implemented.
In addition to the bulletins and webinars we are putting out to take your feedback and clarify any misunderstood items, Edith and I will be booking days in Crew Support Centres over the next several months to help answer members’ questions about the many new additions to our Collective Agreement. We will begin this initiative in the Vancouver base next month as per the schedule below:
YVR Comm Centre
Wednesday March 9th, 2pm to 7pm
Thursday March 10th, 9am to 12pm
We’ll be announcing further dates in other bases in the weeks ahead. We hope you can drop by and chat with us when we’re at your base; we’re very much looking forward to answering your questions, and listening to your in-flight experiences, your opinions and your suggestions.
