Rouge flow through Flight Attendants

Dear Members,
This letter is specifically for our current Rouge flow through Flight Attendants who have joined us at mainline.
Your Union has been working diligently to advocate on your behalf regarding the many issues surrounding your new working conditions, including pension, ESOP, wage progression, wage rate and globe access, just to name a few.
We are happy to report that Air Canada has recently advised us of their commitment to ensure that all flow through members will have full globe access no later than January 31, 2018.
To address the current globe challenges you face, Air Canada has set up an interim email address for all flow through members to email their preselect, make up, and Voluntary Extension bid requests. We understand that there are concerns that the Company may not have consistently actioned requests in a timely fashion, thereby causing flow through members to miss out on further wages, flight preferences and/or premiums. Therefore, until the full functionality and accessibility of the globe system is up and running at the end of January, we would like to suggest that your email to the Company regarding any of the scheduling requests mentioned above includes a cc to your Local Union at one of the applicable email addresses below:
For Vancouver members, please copy officers@local4094.ca
For Calgary members, please copy office@local4095.ca
For Montreal members, please copy info@local4091.ca
For Toronto members, please copy office@local4092.ca
Providing your Local with a copy of your scheduling requests will assist us in researching and actioning a redress on your behalf if there is a violation and a grievance needs to be filed.
As always please do not hesitate to contact your Local directly with any other questions or further concerns.
In solidarity,
Your Air Canada Component Executive
