IMPORTANT NOTICE: CORRECTION TO LOCAL 4092 DELEGATE VOTE MAILING

THIS APPLIES TO LOCAL 4092 MEMBERS ONLY

Dear Local 4092 Members,

We want to inform you of an issue that was recently identified regarding the Local 4092 Delegate Vote. Due to an undetected problem with the mailing addresses in the Membership file sent to Simply Voting, some Local 4092 members received Voter Information Letters containing incorrect names.

To correct this issue, Simply Voting has cancelled all the PINs previously issued for the Local 4092 Delegate Vote. A corrected Membership List has now been sent to Simply Voting, and new Voter Information Letters, clearly marked with ** REPLACEMENT PIN ** in the top portion of the letter (see screenshot below), are being mailed to all Local 4092 members.

Please note that this issue is isolated to the Local 4092 Delegate Vote. The information you received for the Bylaw Referendum and Strike Vote is accurate and unaffected.
