Ground transportation to and from the airport will be provided by the hotel shuttle (650-692-3500). Upon arrival to the international terminal, follow signs for “Hotel Courtesy Shuttle Zone” on level 3 (Departures/Ticketing), and board the shuttle in the centre island transportation zone.
The shuttle runs every 15 minutes from 4:00 a.m. to midnight. If arriving between midnight and 4:00 a.m., please use the courtesy phones at the shuttle shelter kiosk and dial 30 to call for pick-up.
For departures, a shuttle schedule will be posted at the hotel.
