Be Prepared – Default Bid Should Be Entered Early

Let’s be clear: If you don’t have a default bid entered early in the block month, you’re not prepared.

In the event of any work disruption, your ability to receive a bid award that takes your preferences into consideration depends on having a bid entered in PBS.

What you need to do:

• ✅ Log into PBS and enter your default bid now
• 🗓 Do this early in the block month — don’t wait for regular bidding to open
• 🔁 Review and update your preferences to ensure accuracy

This is your backup plan. Don’t assume. Don’t delay. Be ready.
