Pick-Up Change: Edinburgh (EDI) and Glasgow (GLA)

Effective September 6, your ground transportation in Edinburgh (EDI) and Glasgow (GLA) will be provided by Worldwide Transport Solutions (44 141 291 5577).

Please be advised of the following updated instructions:

For Crews Arriving to EDI on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays

Upon arrival, exit the international arrivals area by Costa Coffee and cross the road. You will see a blue fence with a sign that says “Crew 23 Pick-up.” Enter the multi-story garage straight ahead. In the righthand corner in the open-air park, you will see a yellow “arrivals” sign. Your driver will be holding a sign up to be identified.

Monday, Wednesday and Saturday crew will be taken to the Hilton Glasgow. Pick-up time is 1 hour and 45 minutes prior to flight departure.

Friday crew will be taken to the Apex Waterloo Edinburgh. Pick-up time is 1 hour and 55 minutes prior to flight departure.

For Crews Arriving to GLA on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays

Upon arrival, exit the airport and proceed to Car Park 2 on the ground level. Your driver will be holding a sign up to be identified and will take you to the Apex Waterloo Edinburgh. Pick-up time is 1 hour and 55 minutes prior to flight departure.
