DAYS SINCE WE BEGAN THE BARGAINING PROCESS. WE ARE UNITED AND WE WILL MAKE CHANGE.

Remembering September 11, 2001

Today we pause to remember the tragic events of September 11, 2001. On this day, the world witnessed an unimaginable loss, and our industry: flight attendants, pilots, airport workers, and the entire aviation community was forever changed.

We honour the flight attendants, crew members, and passengers whose lives were taken. We also recognize the extraordinary courage of aviation professionals who, in the face of fear and uncertainty, stood strong.

For flight attendants, September 11 is not just a date in history. It is a reminder of the essential role we play in aviation safety and of the risks and responsibilities that come with our profession. Our work is built on the legacy of those who came before us, colleagues who made the ultimate sacrifice.

As we reflect today, we encourage everyone to take a moment of silence, to remember, and to reaffirm our commitment to one another as a community. Together, we carry forward their memory with dignity and solidarity.

In solidarity,
