During this past summer’s elections, the Tabulating Committee received a significant amount of returned physical mail. To reduce waste and ensure that materials reach members reliably, we want to remind everyone that while all members automatically receive election materials electronically, you may also choose whether or not to receive a physical copy by mail.
If you no longer wish to receive physical mail, you can opt out at any time by emailing contact@accomponent.ca. Please use “Opt-Out” as the subject line of your email and include the following information in your message:
• First and last name
• Employee Number
Members who opt out of physical mailings will continue to receive all election materials electronically. Members who do not opt out will receive both electronic and mailed copies.
We encourage you to consider this option to help reduce the amount of returned mail and unnecessary printing.
