The Union has teamed up with the Occupational Health Clinics for Ontario Workers (OHCOW) (www.ohcow.on.ca) to launch the Stress Assess Survey. It’s based on the internationally recognized Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire.
We really appreciate your time and effort in completing the survey. If you haven’t done so, please take a moment to fill it out. It only takes about 10 minutes and will give us some really detailed data about our membership.
We currently have a response from 11% of the membership. In 2023 we had 46.8%, so we can do this! Help us better represent you by filling out the survey.
Your answers will be confidential, and only group results will be shared with the Union. We aim to identify current concerns to strengthen our workplace’s psychosocial climate. Participation is voluntary.
