Due to scheduled renovations taking place at our usual crew hotel in Lisbon (LIS), your layovers will temporarily be relocated to another hotel.
Effective December 8 to 21, 2019, inclusive, layovers will be accommodated at the following hotel:

There are no changes to amenities or your ground transportation.
BOGOTA (BOG)
Due to a planned demonstration taking place downtown this week in Bogota (BOG), your layovers will temporarily be relocated to another hotel to avoid these protests and ensure you have a quiet place to rest.
Effective November 20 to 21, 2019, inclusive, layovers will be accommodated at the following hotel:

At this hotel, you can take advantage of the following benefits:
- Free internet access;
- Free access to the business centre; and,
- Free access to the fitness centre.
Ground transportation will be provided by the Hilton Garden Inn Bogota Airport hotel shuttle (57 1 639 6000). Upon arrival, proceed to the second floor on T5 and head to door #5, where you’ll find the hotel shuttle. The shuttle operates every 30 minutes between 5:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m.
