The Trip Trade Committee is pleased to launch a new survey focused on our current trip trade program. We encourage all members to participate and share their thoughts and priorities by clicking on the link below.
The overall aim of this membership survey is to determine interest in various aspects of our current trip trade program. We are looking to hear what kinds of short-term and long-term changes would be beneficial to the membership. While not all changes to the trip trade program will be possible under our current Collective Agreement, the findings from this survey will be brought forward in future negotiations.
This research seeks to compile and prioritize our membership’s wants regarding trip trade parameters, flexibilities, and the system itself.
Your feedback is important and will help guide future discussions surrounding improvements and enhancements to the program. Whether you are satisfied with the current system or feel there are areas that could better support operational and work-life balance needs, we want to hear from you.
