Wage Rate & Meal Allowance Increases for 2026

As per Article 5 of the Collective Agreement, effective April 1, 2026, these are the new rates of pay:

 

Flight Attendant:

Assistant Purser:

I (1st year) $70.58

Purser E175, E190, A319, A320, 737:

II (2nd year) $77.10
III (3rd year) $81.24

 

Purser A321:

Years of Service Rate of Pay
$84.30

 

Purser B767, A330 and when two (2) Pursers operate the flight on B787 and B777:

Purser B787, B777:

Years of Service Rate of Pay
$96.79

 

As per Article 5.07.02 of the Collective Agreement, effective April 1, 2026, this is the new Ground and Cabin Security Premium:

Percentage of Applicable Hourly Rate of Pay
60%

 

As per LOU 55.05.01 of the Collective Agreement, effective April 1, 2026, these are the new rates of pay for Rouge:

Year Rate of Pay
0-1 $30.75
2nd year $32.14
3rd year $34.95
4th year $44.02
5th year $48.17

In addition, the federal minimum wage rate increases to $18.15 on April 1, 2026, meaning for all training and non flying ground work, you must be paid this as a minimum.

As per Article 7.02.02 and LOU 55.08.03 of the Collective Agreement, effective April 1, 2026, these are the new Meal Allowance rates for Mainline and Rouge:

Canada/United States Meal Allowances:

Meal Amount
Breakfast $20.16
Lunch $22.84
Dinner $45.23
Snack $11.81

These rates will be reflective on your May 2026 pay statement as your April earning will be paid to you May 17, 2026.
