DAYS SINCE WE BEGAN THE BARGAINING PROCESS. WE ARE UNITED AND WE WILL MAKE CHANGE.

Your Questions Matter Help Us Build Member Education That Works For You

As the Union representing our 10,345 Flight Attendants strong, we know that navigating the Collective Agreement and contractual entitlements can sometimes feel overwhelming. This is especially true for our newer members.

We want to help. Our goal is to create short, clear, and informative snippets of information. We intend to find creative ways to answer the questions that  members have most often and provide practical information that can be easily understood and applied in day-to-day situations.

We are inviting all members to send us their questions, ideas, and suggestions on topics they would like to learn more about.

Examples may include:

  • How to call in sick or book off
  • Vacation questions
  • Benefits and leaves
  • Understanding specific Collective Agreement articles
  • Workplace rights and protections

No question is too simple.

If you have a question, chances are another member has wondered the same thing. By sharing your questions, you are helping us create resources that can support the entire membership.

We want these guides to be practical, concise, and relevant to the real issues Flight Attendants encounter.

Please send your questions, ideas, and suggestions on topics you would like to learn more about to contact@accomponent.ca, using the subject line “Member Education Ideas”.

We look forward to hearing from you and working together to build informative tools and resources that help all members better understand their rights, protections, and entitlements under the Collective Agreement.

Govern yourselves accordingly,

Your ACCEX
