ARTICLE 24 – HUMAN RIGHTS
24.01 No employee will be unlawfully interfered with, restrained, coerced or discriminated against by the Company or the Union, their officers or agents on the grounds of race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, age, sex, marital status, disability, sexual orientation or political affiliation. The Company further commits that no employee will be unlawfully interfered with, restrained, coerced or discriminated against by the Company, its officers or agents because of membership in, or activity on behalf of the Union.
