I have also provided an article about Isolation and Loneliness During the Holidays (Click HERE). The article contains ideas and information on recognizing signs of loneliness and isolation in ourselves, and in those we care about. It also offers tips on what we can do to support one another.
Our Mindfulness practice will be ongoing through the holidays, on Wednesdays with Brian and Ines. Please look for the bulletin requiring registration for the December 16th, 23rd, and 30th sessions taking place in English at 12:00h EST (09:00 PST) and in French at 12:45h EST (09:45h PST).
