RE: Family Care Leave

The following letter is to confirm that where an employee requests to use a Family Care Leave on the first day of a multi-day cycle, the employee may use an available Family Care Leave for each day of this cycle at the employee’s option. 

Where employees request to use Family Care Leave, they will not be subject to intrusive questions but will be required to identify the person who requires care.
