The Divisional Court has rescheduled the B1 Judicial Review to May 29, 2019 at 10 am. The hearing will be held in Courtroom #3 at Osgoode Hall which is located at 130 Queen Street West in Toronto.
The hearing is open to the public and members are welcome to attend. As we mentioned before, the normal courtroom rules of decorum apply and those who do want attend may want to give themselves a few minutes of extra time to go through security.
