DAYS SINCE WE BEGAN THE BARGAINING PROCESS. WE ARE UNITED AND WE WILL MAKE CHANGE.

B1 Judicial Review – Update

The B1 Judicial Review (CHQ-15-07) will be heard on Thursday, March 21, 2019, starting at 10:00 am at Osgoode Hall, Courtroom #3, 130 Queen Street West in Toronto.
For those that may have forgotten or are new to our CUPE family, your Air Canada Component Executive (ACCEX) elected to appeal the decision of Arbitrator Steinberg, which was rendered on April 13, 2018.
This grievance concerns the allotting of higher priority travel passes to another unionized group in 2014 despite promises that were made to the Air Canada Component of CUPE (ACC) during bargaining in 2011.
If you choose to attend, we recommend that you arrive early as you will have to go through security. We would like to remind observers that respectful decorum is enforced by the Court.
