Benefits Committee Update – December 2018

We would like to wish you a happy holiday season and bring you some news regarding your benefits coverage.
Intra-Uterine Devices
Effective January 1, 2019 – Intra-Uterine Devices (including Mirena) will be eligible up to reasonable and customary limits for Mainline members.  There are no known exemptions (ie. brands that are not covered) at this time however you should contact ClaimSecure to ensure you will be covered for the product you have chosen.  Although pre-approval is not required it is strongly suggested that you submit a pre-approval in order to have written confirmation of the amount that will be covered for your claim.  For further information consult the employee benefits handbook or contact ClaimSecure directly.
Benefits eCard
An electronic version of your benefits card is now available to you through the ClaimSecure mobile application.  You can download the ClaimSecure mobile app to your smartphone through the App store.  Once downloaded enter the same user name and password you use to enter aeronet to gain access to your account.  From the drop-down menu you can access the eCard which can be added to the Apple Wallet for iPhone users.  Claims can also be submitted directly through the app by taking a photo of your receipt and uploading it to your electronic claim form.
