GoodLife Fitness Renewals for Toronto, Peel Region, York Region and Ottawa

We recently received the following message from GoodLife Fitness regarding renewals for Toronto, Peel Region, York Region and Ottawa:

This is an important notice regarding your program renewal and rate increase that was to take place November 15, 2020.  Due to the recent club closures in Toronto, Peel Region, York Region and Ottawa, members in these regions are currently unable to register/renew!!  As such, your program renewal rates will not be increased on the original November 15, 2020 date.  The rate increase will be implemented 30 days post reopening. This will allow all of your members to register/renew at the current rates until the 30 day period has expired.

The members affected by the closures were notified that their memberships were being placed on automatic freeze and dues suspended. They were not advised of the postponement of the renewal rate increase noted above.  We ask that you kindly let members/employees know about the extension so they do not go through unnecessary worry trying to register/renew prior to November 15th.   Please note that registrations/renewals can only be completed online when the clubs reopen for the closed regions.  GoodLife head office is not able to assist with manual registrations/renewals.  Members outside of the closed regions can still register/renew online as normal.

As a reminder the locations where clubs are currently closed and registrations are not being accepted include:
Peel Region (Brampton, Etobicoke, Caledon)
York Region (Aurora, Markham, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Stouffville and Vaughan)

Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.
