An additional date has been scheduled in the case regarding the policy change for employees receiving LTD benefits (CHQ-16-16). The hearing in this matter will continue on April 27, 2020. It will take place at Atchison & Denman Court Reporting & Mediation Services, which is located at 170 Attwell Drive, Suite 300, in Etobicoke, Ontario.
