The B1 Judicial Review hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, May 29, 2019, commencing at 10:00 am, and will be held in Courtroom 3 at Osgoode Hall, which is located at 130 Queen Street West in Toronto.
As a refresher, your Air Canada Component Executive (ACCEX) elected to appeal the decision of Arbitrator Steinberg, which was rendered on April 13, 2018. This grievance concerns the allotting of higher priority travel passes to another unionized group in 2014 despite promises that were made to the Air Canada Component of CUPE during bargaining in 2011.
