Should you encounter a password error when attempting to log into PBS, first check to be sure that you are entering the correct employee number and password. If this does not work, then we suggest that you reset your ACaéronet password making sure not to include any of these special characters:
& < > ” \ ‘ : * ;
Please note that the system may allow you to reset your ACaéronet password using one of these characters, but the subsequent log in to PBS will not recognize them. Keeping your ACaéronet password strictly alpha numeric should solve your issue.
