Policy Grievance Regarding Return from Maternity Leave

We wish to advise you that a policy grievance, CHQ-19-59, has been filed for Air Canada’s failure to schedule training for those returning from maternity leave upon their return to work.  This is resulting in members being placed on an unpaid leave of absence causing financial losses.   Please click HERE to view the grievance form.  We ask that currently affected members reach out to your union by emailing I.jovic@accomponent.ca.

In Solidarity,

Wesley Lesosky
President, Air Canada Component of CUPE
