The Union will be meeting with Air Canada to review the In Flight Service Style Standards Book, following concerns that have been raised about gender specific aspects. Prior to our first meeting, we are seeking feedback from our trans, non-binary, and gender non-conforming members, as well as other members who are affected by the Company’s gendered appearance policies.
