days until our Collective Agreement expires, we are preparing, we are united and we will make change.

Welcome!

We are pleased to introduce our new and interactive website. This new initiative is just the beginning of our long term plan to put our communication with you at the top of our priority list.

We believe that communication is a key element to help you, the member, understand what your Union does and how it is structured to assist you from when you are hired to when you are looking to retire.  Through good communication and engagement we will garner strength, solidarity and unity.

Our greatest strength and resource is you, the  member. We are a diverse and multifaceted group and collectively, our skills, wisdom and knowledge are a force to be reckoned with. This collective can move mountains when dealing with the day to day issues faced by our 9500 members.

Some of the new features will include a mobile app which will help us to stay in touch when you need us the most.  We will consistently be updating our information  to help you to stay abreast of legal proceedings, arbitrations, block rules, reserve rules, disability claims and the many grievances that wind their way through the process on a daily basis.

Instant notifications to the various Committees and Executive members will be a feature many have been awaiting.  Imagine the ability to provide up to date Health and Safety forms directly to the Committee as they are happening so we can be on top of it in real time.

We look forward to receiving your feedback, as together we can make our website and app even more effective. You will find the links to all appropriate resources at your fingertips.  We look forward to hearing from you.
