You have very patiently waited for, and deserve an update regarding your crew luggage. As the Company faced further unforeseen delays issuing the attached joint bulletin, it was agreed that out of respect to you, we would issue it to the membership ourselves tonight.
We are committed to working on your behalf to resolve these issues. As you will read in the bulletin, there is genuine interest from all parties to fix things for you.
