The Company’s Pension Department, in conjunction with the Component Pension Committee is looking for volunteers to become Hybrid Pension Ambassadors.
The role as Pension Ambassador is to be trained in the familiarization of the DC (Defined Contribution) aspect of the Hybrid Pension Plan and utilize that training to assist and bring awareness to other members of the Hybrid Plan.
*Note that all employees hired on or after November 7, 2011, are part of the Hybrid Pension Plan.
Basic information includes learning to:
– change contribution rates
– know of investment choices within plan
– adding a beneficiary
– and more
Training will be established once the ambassadors’ positions are filled and will take approximately two hours.
There is a limit of spaces available.

Currently, this training is only available for Mainline Hybrid members.
At this time the training is not available for Rouge members but may become available in the future.
