Webinar: The Emotional Effects of Retirement

We are pleased to offer to our members the opportunity to attend a webinar presented by Lakshmi Sundaram, entitled The Emotional Effects of Retirement.  This webinar will take place:
– in English on May 19, 2020 from 12pm – 1pm EDT; and
– in French on May 19, 2020 from 2pm – 3pm EDT.

Planning to retire can be a source of both excitement and anxiety. Whatever the emotional response, retirement marks a transition to a new life stage and lifestyle in which daily routines, identity, and roles all change. This session will introduce participants to the emotional effects of retirement. Participants will get an opportunity to reflect on what their ideal retirement looks like and what they can do to make it happen.

To register, please email contact@accomponent.ca. In your email please include your full name and employee number and indicate whether you are registering for the English session OR the French session.  If you do not indicate a language, you will be registered for the English session by default.

We have a limit of 50 participants for each session on a first-come, first served basis. You will receive login information for the online session once you are registered.
