The Component Bylaw Committee has prepared a package outlining the Bylaw amendments, click HERE to view.  Alternately, the package can be found on the Component website at, under Resources > Downloads > By-Laws. You can also request a copy from your Local Office.  As there are multiple proposed Bylaw amendments to be voted on, it is strongly suggested that you have a copy of the package with you when you are voting. The existing Bylaws, should you want to refer to them, are also available at
The package has been separated into four (4) sections:
  1. Housekeeping
  2. By-election Changes
  3. Elections & Voting Issues
  4. Equality Statement
EACH amendment and change will be voted on individually.  The procedures to amend Component By-laws can be found in Section 13 in accordance with Appendix “B”.
